After order confirmation, JEAN BRACQ SAS agrees to deliver all the referenced items ordered by the buyer to its shipper in a maximum time period of 7 business days.

In the event of late delivery, an email will inform the customer of a  possible consequence on the delivery deadline he was indicated. 

The items will be shipped to the address mentioned during the ordering process, within the delivery time stated on page “order validation“. If error during data input, JEAN BRACQ SAS should not be held responsible  for the impossibility of delivering the product.

JEAN BRACQ SAS company cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to the dysfunctions of the carrier’s organization (Chronopost). Any possible delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages.

In case of late delivery and in accordance with legal provisions, the customer has the possibility to cancel his order under the terms and conditions stipulated in article L.138-2 of the French consumer’s Code.

In the meantime, if you receive the product, we will proceed to its reimbursement and transport charges under the conditions of article L.138-2 of the French consumer’s Code.

All risks (loss, damage..) are at the Buyer’s charge at the time  the goods leave the works/warehouse of Atelier Dentelles. In case of damage during the transport, the claim should be made on receipt with the shipper  and in a time period of 3 days.
